Shipping & Delivery
QUE delivers all orders from Malta via Malta Post at a flat rate per order. All orders are sent from Valletta, Malta and are packed and dispatched within four business days, except weekends or public holidays. All purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive delivery confirmation.
Please note that changes or cancellations of orders will not be accepted once the delivery confirmation has been released.
DELIVERY RATES & CONDITIONS
- 5 euros flat rate standard shipping
International deliveries have an estimated delivery time of 7-10 Business days from the date of dispatch. Deliveries outside Europe may take up to 21 business days.
QUE cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected timeframes as these are dependent on third parties. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Some delays may be experienced for remote areas and this is out of our control. Moreover, we will not hold responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages.
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Website. All purchases from this Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments with Australia post.
CUSTOMS, DUTY AND OTHER TAXES
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local taxes levied to the country you are shipping to; payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. QUE will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We advise that you familiarise yourself with any import duty, customs, and local sales taxes as well as its rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products applicable to the destination of your package. Such matters do not normally apply to any deliveries within the European Union.
If a sold out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as reasonably practicable and offered a suitable replacement, a credit note or a full refund.
Expected new arrivals and items that may be restocked will be labelled as “coming soon”. QUE cannot provide definitive release dates however you may subscribe to our newsletter to receive up-to-date information or contact us directly to express interest for items you wish to be restocked. If an item is “sold out”, you can request an order by contacting us directly.
